The City of Minot Planning Department has developed a system that allows members of the public to submit requests for investigation regarding issues relating to zoning ordinances violations. You can submit this complaint by filling out the Nuisance/Zoning Ordinance Violation Form (PDF).
By utilizing this form, a concern can be documented and submitted either by email or by printed hard copy and delived to the Public Works Building by postal service or in-person. It will then be directed to the appropriate staff person within City of Minot or forwarded to the proper governing entity for follow-up and resolution.
By submitting this form, you are attesting to the validity of this report and acknowledge your willingness to appear in court as a witness against the alleged violator of the City of Minot Zoning Ordinance.
