The topic of discussion will be Ward County Case No. 51-2018-CV-00518. The executive session will afford the governing body an opportunity to seek and receive their attorney’s advice and guidance on the legal risks, strengths, and weaknesses of an action of a public entity which, if held in public, would have an adverse fiscal effect on the entity. See N.D.C.C. 44-04-19.1.
