Street Collection
Place waste carts on the curb or pavement edge. Garbage and recycling carts must not be placed within three (3) feet of objects such as garages, fences, cars, telephone poles, and other waste carts.
Waste collection carts may not be placed for collection before 6:00 p.m. the day before collection. Carts must be removed from the collection point before 10:00 p.m. the day of collection.
Alley Collection
Waste cart must be placed within 3 feet of the alley in a place where access is not impeded by a fence or other obstruction.
