REPORTS FROM THE ROAD (night/morning):
  • Street Department: Priority 1 was completed overnight, drifting will likely require a revisit of those routes during the day.
    • 8 blades were in use overnight - 1 snow gate was broken
    • 5 sanders were in use until midnight - 1 sander removed for manpower
  • Police Department: A lot of sliding on the ice layer under the snow, not a lot of vehicles stuck in snow.
  • Fire Department: Slippery is the best description, some reports of trouble in the area of northwest Minot.
  • Minot City Transit: Drifting patterns seem to be different from what is normally predictable and it seems to change fast.
